1. LVT flooring structure: The internal structure of LVT flooring generally includes a UV paint layer, a wear-resistant layer, a color film layer, and an LVT base material layer. In order to improve the dimensional stability of the floor, customers will request the factory to add fiberglass mesh to the middle bottom layer to reduce the deformation of the floor caused by temperature changes.
2. The main components of LVT flooring include PVC resin, stone powder, plasticizer, stabilizer, lubricant, modifier, carbon black, etc. Among them, PVC resin and stone powder are the main components.
3. LVT flooring production process: The biggest feature of its production process is the production of each layer of LVT sheets, which are generally processed into sheets with a thickness of 0.8-1.5mm through "mixing+rolling", and then made into the required thickness of the flooring product through assembly and hot pressing.
